    After we receive your application for recruitment, we estimate the difficulty of filling the vacancy. In any case, we take a percentage of the monthly salary of the hired employee, but this percentage depends on specific criteria. How soon do you need a new specialist? How rare is this specialist? How much are your offers “within the market”? All this affects the final cost of our work.

  • How quickly can you respond to my request?
    What if I’m in an emergency?

On average, the recruitment process takes about 2 weeks for lower and middle level employees, and from 1 month for senior positions.   • What if I’m dissatisfied with a candidate?

    We try to make the hiring of candidates unmistakable thanks to multi-stage screening and several interviews. However, if you are not satisfied with the employee we have selected, contact the account advisor and he will offer other candidates who we’ve considered earlier.
